I require a minimum of 24 hours notice on all appointments to cancel or reschedule, failure to notify will result in a 50% fee of the booked appointment. NO shows or missed appointments will require a 50% fee of missed appointments to book future appointments.

 

Please note that if you are 15 minutes late to the appointment we may have to reschedule if the service cannot be completed. I may decline clients who make multiple no shows or cancellations.
